About Program
Program Objectives
Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will be able to:
- Assess population-health needs problems using epidemiological, statistical, social, environmental, and health-systems perspectives.
- Design and conduct ethical public-health research using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method approaches.
- Apply digital-health principles, including data privacy, data governance, ethical use of artificial intelligence, and digital inclusion.
- Analyze and interpret public-health data using appropriate statistical software, data-visualization tools, and health-information systems.
- Investigate disease patterns, contribute to surveillance systems, and recommend evidence-based prevention and control measures.
- Analyze health policies, financing, governance, and service-delivery systems, and prepare practical policy recommendations.

Eligibility Criteria
Sixteen years of relevant education (BS or equivalent in the Health Sciences or relevant field) from HEC and / or PMDC recognized university:
- MBBS/MD (Registered with PMDC)
- BDS (Registered with PMDC)
- B.Sc. Nursing- 4years (Registered with PNC)
- B.Sc. Paramedics- 4 Years
- DVM (Registered with Veterinary Council)
- Pharm D/Equivalent (Registered with Pharmacy Council)
- BS Physiotherapy/Equivalent
- BS/Masters in Nutrition and equivalent/Equivalent
- BS Allied Health Sciences,
- BS Biological Sciences,
- BS Epidemiology
Or
equivalent health-related education
- A minimum of 2.5 CGPA or 60% marks (in the annual system) in the relevant field
- GAT (General), GRE, HAT or equivalent university test (as per HEC policy) with at least 50% score.
- SHU Graduate Admission Test with at least 50% mark
